Are you ready to take charge of your divorce and stop feeling sorry for yourself?
Sounds harsh, doesn’t it? I know. Divorce is terribly harsh, but it doesn’t have to decimate your life.
Is this you?
You know you have to move forward with your divorce, but you feel like you can barely slog through your day to day obligations.
So you do nothing.
Because you are stressed, overwhelmed, maybe even in total denial that this is indeed happening.
I’ve been there and I can help you.
My program is the perfect solution to get you moving on your divorce and begin creating a beautiful new life for yourself. I’ll give you strategies to navigate those early days when you are spinning in overwhelm. You’ll learn how to take the steps you need to take to get through your divorce. And you will figure out what you want your future to look like.
How does it work?
In my program we do your coaching by phone. Calls are one hour and occur weekly. Clients love this because it means sessions can take place almost anywhere and no time is lost due to travel. It also creates a safe space where you can talk about anything.
In addition to our phone calls, I provide you with content and worksheets that you can use in between sessions. It supports you during the week and gives you clarity for your session.
What will you get?
Once you’ve completed my 6 week program you will feel confident that you can get through the divorce process and start your life over. You will have a better sense of what you need to do and you will be in forward motion. You will begin to see that you can learn from your divorce. (You may eventually see it as one of your greatest teachers.) You will have some great tools to coach yourself through difficult emotions and situations. And you will begin dreaming about what you want to create for your future.
How do you start?
Schedule a 20-minute free mini session. It’s the perfect way for us to get introduced. You can tell me your story, you’ll get a sample of coaching, and together we will see if working together is right for you.
You may be thinking, “I’ll get around to doing something like this when I feel better. Right now I just want to hide under the covers until I am really motivated and know exactly what to do about this divorce thing.” Don’t do that, honey. That day will never come.
The good news is you don’t have to go through this alone.
Divorce requires quite a bit of heavy lifting and the more help you have the faster you can move through it and get on with a new “happily ever after”. Don’t let time go by. Get going. A few months from now you’ll be glad you started taking action, and you’ll feel so much better. You will start to really see the light at the end of the tunnel and the glimmering of a new happy life.
